Personal Training: Reflexintegration

Reflex Integration

The first step, reflex integration, is the foundation for functional and fascial training and therefore the absolute basis for correct movement patterns, proper body stability and mobility. Physical ailments and ineffective movement are thus corrected at the actual cause. Reflex integration is the revolution in training theory.
Personal Training: Funktionelle Bewegung

Functional Movement

The second step, Functional Movement, describes the basic, biomechanically correct movement patterns in order to move economically and in a way that is easy on the joints. Permanently incorrectly performed movement patterns in everyday life or during sports lead to problems of the musculoskeletal system (for example, meniscus damage or herniated discs). Therefore, it is crucial to train these fundamental movement patterns first, especially when it comes to prevention or rehabilitation.

Performance

The third step, performance, describes movement sequences of the entire kinetic muscle chains under load by weight (for example squats with additional weight), speed (for example bounce training for athletes) or the load of your own body weight. The aim of this level is for you to be able to perform such holistic movements to perfection.
Personal Training: Fertigkeit

Skill

The last step, skill, optimizes the movements that actually occur in everyday life (e.g., climbing stairs or carrying the shopping bag) or in sports. This top level of the pyramid can only be reached when the three lower areas are perfectly aligned and harmonious. The result is wear-free, economical movements: less time and effort, but significantly more performance.
